  "message": "QMP: Introduce the qmp_capabilities command\n\nThis command will be used to enable QMP capabilities advertised\nby the capabilities array.\n\nNote that it will be mandatory to issue this command in order\nto make QMP functional (although this behavior is not being\nenforced by this commit).\n\nAlso, as we don\u0027t have any capabilities yet, the new command\ndoesn\u0027t accept any arguments.
