  "message": "qemu-char: add create to register_char_driver\n\nHaving creation as a member of the CharDriver struct removes the need\nto export functions for qemu-char.c\u0027s usage.  After the conversion,\nchardev backends implemented outside qemu-char.c will not need a stub\ncreation function anymore.\n\nUltimately all drivers will be converted.
