  "message": "Set default console to virtio on S390x\n\nAll \"normal\" system emulation targets in qemu I\u0027m aware of display\noutput on either VGA or serial output.\n\nOur S390x virtio machine doesn\u0027t have such kind of legacy hardware. So\ninstead we need to default to a virtio console.\n\nAdd flags to QEMUMachine to indicate which kind of default devices make\nsense for the machine in question.
