scripts/rebuild.sh: Add --darwin-ssh=<host> option. This patch adds an option to perform a remote Darwin build through SSH. This is handy when you want to generate binaries for all three platforms from a single script invokation. This only works on Linux, and requires a Darwin machine available through ssh.
